2008 Amtrak Site Security Enhancement Design, Bid Services And DHS Grant Administration

 IMC team members were responsible for the management of over $5 million in comprehensive site security upgrades, including project plans with phasing to secure DHS funding for security enhancements for Amtrak’s Los Angeles and Oakland heavy maintenance facilities. IMC members completed a design development package, construction documents, bid services and construction administration for electronic security systems to include: video surveillance, intercom and paging/notification system, and a Security Operations Center for Amtrak West.
